WOD Timer on your Desktop
Don't have an iPhone or iPod Touch? No problem! Before creating WOD Timer for the iPhone, we created a FLASH version using the Adobe Flex SDK. We're now making the FLASH version available for free from this website!
WOD Timer for the Desktop can be run online from this page (hint - look for the link at the bottom of this page). However, you don't always have an internet connection so WOD Timer for the Desktop is also available as a downloadable Adobe AIR application (hint 2 - the download link for this is also at the bottom of this page).

Comprehensive Interval Settings
The interval mode of WOD Timer allows for a complex interval workout, consisting of multiple sets of multiple intervals.

WOD Timer features audio cues to let you know where you’re at in an interval. The audio cues can be customized to vocal cues or a non-vocal audio cue. Users also have the option of specifying no audio cue. |
